About the OpportunityWe don't just stop at great tech—our Client Support team is here to ensure our clients get the most out of their journey with us. From demos that wow, to smooth implementation, troubleshooting, and feature rollouts, we're all about empowering businesses to thrive. We're on the lookout for a Client Support Specialist to join inspiring global team.
In this role, you'll be the friendly expert who helps clients:
Discover the magic of our software through engaging demosGlide through implementation and "go-live" like a proSolve day-to-day issues with speed and skillExplore new features and upgrades to level up their experienceYou'll also get hands-on with documenting feedback, collaborating with internal teams to tackle tough tech challenges, and being the go-to guru for all things client success.
About YouYou're a natural problem-solver with a knack for making things easy to understand. To shine in this role, you'll bring:
At least 2-3 years experience in client-facing support or software rolesFamiliarity with SaaS platforms and/or HR/recruitment techStellar communication skills (you know how to explain tech to non-techies!)A proactive, customer-first mindset that makes clients feel heard and valuedBonus points for experience in demos, onboarding, and troubleshooting systems!
