1. JOB TITLE:Client Success Manager 2. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The purpose of this position is to coordinate all activities associated with delivering against client objectives/requirements. To take ownership of all delivery details associated with their assigned customers and are the expert in their customer's business through leading the day-to-day customer deliverables. 3. DESCRIPTION OF FIELD OF DUTY (KPA's):· Customer Management· Project Management· Workflow Management· Documentation/Administration 4. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree 5. WORK EXPERIENCE:Minimum 5 years' experience in agency and client facing
