A company that specialises in offering reflect cutting-edge global innovations, tailored to the South African market has a thrilling opportunity for a client service oriented Client Success Manager in Gauteng.To grow new business, maintain current business, drive, and be fully accountable for efficient and profitable operational service delivery in line with Client Service Level Agreements and Pricing Schedules.Grade 12Up to 2 years of supervisory or HR generalistMinimum of 5 years of sales experience2-3 years generalist recruitment sourcing experienceComputer LiteracyAbility to communicate well in English, both verbal and writtenStrong administration skillsCovering the entire process of recruitment with the Clients and Candidates, from consulting on the head count through to the qualifying of a job descriptionPerform business development activities to grow new business from BD calls, client meetings, and negotiations to the conclusion of on-boarding documents.Engage with clients telephonically and in person to retain and grow current businessDaily candidate management including performing HR and IR processes and regular site visitsManage timesheet processing, ensuring timesheets are collected, captured correctly and processed timeously and in accordance to payroll deadlines.Obtain business recruitment needs from various Business Units within the organizationLoading of job requisitionsConduct Recruitment Strategy Discussions, with Hiring Managers, in line with job description requirementsPreparing adverts to be posted to business and social media via Kelly marketingPost jobs on various platformsResearching Talent Acquisition in the market placeSourcing on a number of job portals for suitable candidatesHead Hunting and networking with suitable candidates on LinkedInResponse handling of applications on WorkdayScreening applicants from WorkdayPre-screening interviews of suitable candidatesConducting verification checks and references on selected candidatesScheduling assessments with an external supplier where requiredObtaining all offer detail information from selected candidates in terms of salaries and benefitsCo-ordinate, recommend and collaborate to inform incumbent of an offerCompile an appointment recommendation report in line with client's policiesCommunicate and provide regret letters to unsuccessful shortlisted candidatesSet up sessions with internal declined candidates and Hiring managers to provide concise feedbackAssist with the on-boarding of successful candidatesHandle the on boarding documents directly with the onboarding teamConducting exit interviewsProvide monthly reports – in terms of Talent Acquisition KPI's, and other ad-hoc reports required by the clientRunning relevant reporting platforms pending approvals and open requisitionsResponsible for the recruitment statistics on a weekly basisSeeks to establish and service relationships with clients and colleagues to improve the effective and efficient execution of objectives in line with business requirements.Leverages relationship networks and partnerships to gain influence and supportDemonstrates personal commitment to business partners by fulfilling responsibilities, following partnership agreements, involving others and removing obstacles to team accomplishmentsEstablishes and consolidates good interpersonal relationships by listening to others and objectively considering their ideas and opinions even when they conflict with own ideasSupports the business by providing an exceptional level of service delivery which includes attending to queries timeously and effectively.Always attending to queries in a professional manner both in person and in writing and timeouslyAdheres to the SLA turnaround timeDevelop awareness of client future business needs and identify potential opportunities
