Client Success Manager

Remote, work from home position in South Africa. Working hours: 3pm - 12am (midnight) SA time Monday - Friday. Standout opportunity exists for a client-focused, solutions-driven individual with solid experience in building, maintaining, and growing relationships with clients to join a dynamic Canada-based branding agency. Previous experience working in a Digital Agency is essential.
Please note: as this company is based in Canada, you will be required to work according to their time zone. Working hours will be 3pm - 12am (midnight) SA time Monday - Friday. Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary advocate for clients, understanding their businesses and industries deeply.Serve as a consultant to clients, offering strategic advice and solutions to address their needs and challenges.Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within client accounts, collaborating with internal teams to capitalize on these opportunities.Secure contract renewals by demonstrating the value of the Agency's services and solutions.Take on a high-level project management role, overseeing client projects and ensuring they progress according to plan.Manage communications with clients, ensuring clear and effective exchange of information and updates.Prepare comprehensive conference reports to document discussions, decisions, and action items from client meetings.Ensure that the right resources and expertise are allocated to client projects, facilitating their success and advancement.Requirements:Matric + relevant Degree (Communications, Brand Management or similar).Previous experience working in a Digital / Advertising Agency is essential.Some digital marketing experience is ideal.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
