Client Success Manager

Please note: as this company is based in Canada, you will be required to work according to their time zone. Working hours will be 3pm - 12am (midnight) SA time Monday - Friday. Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary advocate for clients, understanding their businesses and industries deeplyServe as a consultant to clients, offering strategic advice and solutions to address their needs and challengesLead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integrationIdentify opportunities for growth and expansion within client accounts, collaborating with internal teams to capitalize on these opportunitiesSecure contract renewals by demonstrating the value of the Agency's services and solutionsTake on a high-level project management role, overseeing client projects and ensuring they progress according to planManage communications with clients, ensuring clear and effective exchange of information and updatesPrepare comprehensive conference reports to document discussions, decisions, and action items from client meetingsEnsure that the right resources and expertise are allocated to client projects, facilitating their success and advancementRequirements:Matric + relevant Degree (Communications, Brand Management or similar)Previous experience working in a Digital / Advertising Agency is essentialSome digital marketing experience is idealExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
