Your key job responsibilities as the Client Success Manager in Cape Town will include: Develop tailored success plans for each client, driving product adoption, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Build strong connections with decision-makers and operational teams, becoming a trusted partner at all levels.
Leverage data and trends to provide actionable recommendations and measurable results.
Guide clients through challenges, showcasing deep knowledge of our solutions to deliver maximum value.
Work with teams across sales, product, and support to ensure seamless client experiences.
Drive account growth by analyzing performance and exceeding strategic and financial targets.
Requirements Requirements for this Client Success Manager job in Cape Town : 5+ years in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management), ideally in SaaS or B2B.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Background in analytics or payments, with knowledge of e-commerce and payment technologies.
Previous experience in the payments industry, either locally in South Africa or internationally.
Deep knowledge of e-commerce and payment technologies, coupled with a finger on the pulse of market trends.
