Client Solutions Manager, Performance - Global Business Solutions - South Africa

Responsibilities:Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizesCoordinate with ad ops, product and R&D teams internally to ensure smooth and successful campaign executionMonitor and analyze ad campaigns, proactively taking initiative to improve resultsInvestigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during a campaignProficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and use those insights to improve our advertising offeringsShare marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategySupport and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitchConduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales teamMinimum Qualifications:Experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketingExperience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challengesAbility to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performanceExperience working with performance clients with clear KPIs preferred, such as retail, telco, bankingProficient in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to travel domestically and internationally as neededAgency experience is a plusTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
