What you will be doing: Build expertise with our client's platform, working with tools like Studio Apps, JSON, and SQL.
Dive into client data (CSV, XML, JSON) to analyse and resolve issues or suggest innovative enhancements.
Be the go-to contact for client tickets, ensuring smooth resolutions and clear communication every step of the way.
Leverage tools like Fresh Desk, Jira, and Teams to manage and streamline ticket workflows.
Collaborate with clients through calls and screen sharing to tackle challenges and deliver seamless solutions.
Monitor client reports and production runs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Customise and enhance client setups using JSON and SQL, meeting high-quality standards and deadlines.
Foster strong client relationships by providing proactive updates and tailored support.
Work with a global team, sharing knowledge and staying at the forefront of industry trends to enhance client services.
What is needed: A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, SQLite, and advanced T-SQL for complex queries and procedures.
Skilled in RESTful APIs (XML/JSON), Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client liaison abilities.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in data structures and analysis.
Knowledgeable in asset management, cloud services, and design tools like Adobe InDesign.
Confident in managing scope, challenging requirements, and delivering tailored technical solutions.
Working hours: US hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Pacific Standard Time (17:00 - 02:00 or 16:00 - 01:00 SAST, depending on US Daylight Savings).
