Client Servicing Executive – Lancashire

Highly Competitive + Benefits + Car Allowance This is a rare opportunity to inherit a significant portfolio of loyal commercial clients. The portfolio is made up of a wide and interesting range of general commercial insurance clients, which have been with the business for many years, with annual premium spends from £10k to £200k.
Based in Lancashire, our client, a quality independent insurance brokerage, is able to provide a flexible environment with a mixture of home and office working. It is anticipated that you will need to be in the office quite regularly to start with, but moving onto a more flexible arrangement once you've settled in.
Applicants will have a proven track record in dealing successfully with existing clients, maintaining a high level of client retention and with a focus on long-term client relationships. There will be very little involvement with new business; however, you will be expected to work on incoming enquiries from time to time.
You will have a good all-round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance, be a smart, professional and dynamic individual with a natural instinct to go above and beyond on behalf of your clients. Progress towards CII qualifications would be beneficial and will be fully supported.
