The candidate will be working in the underwriting department, with tasks that include client services and general administration on current policies.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding advice to policy holders on making a claim and the processes involved.Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim.Monitoring the progress of a claim.Taking responsibility for productivity and profit.Building productive relationships with clients to identify their needs.Creating and maintaining client files.Updating the system and database with new information obtained from the client.Providing detailed information on Inequity's various products and services.Providing excellent client services by confirming the extent and validity of claims and checking for potentially fraudulent activity.Managing a claim from submission through to settlement.RequirementsExcellent matric and university results.80% for Higher Grade Math in Matric.Completed degree in a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Fully computer literate.Professional and presentable.Self-motivated.Meticulous attention to detail.Energetic with a positive attitude.Must be able to provide excellent client services.MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND AFRIKAANS FLUENTLY.Send your CV and latest pay slip to ****** 2023-05-01
