Who we are: We are a holistic branding and communication agency. What we do: We work with clients to define, create and market meaningful brands.What we are looking for: We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support the Account Manager in the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring the smooth execution of retainers, projects, and campaigns.  What you will do:Assist the Account Manager with all administrative dutiesServe as a secondary point of contact for clients, addressing routine inquiries and relaying them to the Account Manager or creative teams in a timely mannerTake initiative to ensure clarity between various stakeholdersEffectively brief and manage communications and coordination between remote teams and external suppliers to ensure clarity regarding the deliverablesLiaise with suppliers on all production related activities Help manage timelines, track deliverables and ensure all deadlines are metAssist with creating the shoot cost estimates, arrange any details / requirements with clients, attend and assist on shootsHelp the Account Manager to keep track of tasks across different projects, ensuring that each item is completed within the set timelineDraft and maintain weekly status reports for clients, keeping them updated on project progressReview client feedback when required, brief the studio and external parties and ensure that the correct updates are delivered to client within the given deadlineCheck all work before it is sent to client to guarantee 100% accuracyEnsure creative director signs off on creative before sharing any artwork with the Account Manager or the client themselvesPut together the cost estimate using internal resource or external suppliers and the production managerSupport the Account Manager in managing budgets by tracking expenses and invoices, ensuring financial documentation is accurateMaintain accurate client records, project documentation and contracts in line with company standards What do you need to have:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related fieldStrong interest in marketing, advertising and client servicesProactive, with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced and remote work environment
