Your responsibilities will include:
Providing customers with excellent service by ensuring that they are served promptly, understanding their needs, and processing their requests.Delivering individual results through personal effort and skill.Building and maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.Are you someone who can: Drive significant growth and profitability in the context of cost management?Manage costs/expenses within the approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies?Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions?Manage existing clients and grow the portfolio through making contact and generating leads?Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines?Maintain expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets?Maximize cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships?Prepare business communication that is of a professional standard?Ensure all communications with clients are professional, resulting in compliments, and ensure client investigation deadlines are met while keeping the client continually informed?Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timely planning, reporting, and updating of all related information?Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements?Track, control, and influence sales activities with the specific aim to increase sales efficiencies?Ensure that all issues or feedback arising out of client contact are accurately recorded on the CRM system?Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence together with analyzing trends and data?Manage own development to increase own competencies?You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have a minimum of Matric as qualification, preferably NQF level 5.Have Credit Card experience.Possess analytical skills.Have problem-solving skills.Can work under pressure.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment that is progressive and agile.Opportunities to innovate where initiative is taken and owned end to end.We can be a match if you are: Adaptable and curious.Capable of analyzing complex data sets.Thriving in a collaborative environment.Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
