IntroductionFirst point of contact for all trading and market data support queries across all markets. To provide support on systems and business knowledge to JSE clients on all aspects of all markets in the stock broking environment or the trading functions and trading infrastructure across all markets in the stock broking environment. Support team on in-depth queries. Assist with weekly stats and operational tasks as per management checklist. Share knowledge gained amongst team.
Protect and grow core businessReduce operational vulnerability in the CSC.Participate in and conduct business and functional testing on various systems as and when required.Standby responsibilities carried out effectively.PTW's and ETW's as per schedule.Enablement Request, LCON's, Conformance test.End to end enablement process actioned within the agreed SLA.LCON's and Conformance testing actioned within the agreed SLA.Display Agile methodologies in all aspects of our work.Clients to experience a positive difference in service levels and ensure that a high standard is maintained.Partner for a sustainable marketplaceDeliver and make progress against the agreed project timelines and 2023 milestones for key projects.QualificationsGrade 12 Degree / Honours relevant to Financial Industry.Honours Degree applicable to the Financial Industry would be an advantage.5 – 7 years' experience in the stock broking environment, relevant to JSE systems and a good understanding of the financial markets.
