Red Ember Recruitment is looking for an individual for the world's leading Hair Replacement Company for Men & Women, a Customer Service / Sales focused individual for their National and International Call Centre located in Bryanston, Johannesburg.

Duties & Responsibilities:Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls or responding to messages left on the answer phone.Ensuring that the client's profile and details are completed as accurately and completely as possible.
The capturing of new leads (data) correctly and appointing them is the most important part of the call centre functionality.Booking clients in for a consultation at the most convenient clinic.Contacting clients who left their information on our website, completing any missing information and booking them in for a consultation.Making notes on the client's profile and sending leads to the relevant clinic.Ensuring that the leads are distributed to the clinics according to the lead split instructed by management.Calling unsold clients.Submitting weekly and monthly reports.Maintaining the security of all data.Ensuring deletion of data is authorized by management.Reporting to your Manager on all of the above and any other duties assigned.RequirementsMatricMinimum 2-3 years' experience as Call Centre Agent/ManagerOutbound - following up with clientsInbound - dealing with enquiries and leadsWorking hours are 09h00 – 18h00 Monday to Friday, and if required on Saturdays 09h00 – 16h00.
