One of the TOP banks in S.A. is seeking an experienced Customer Service / Client Service Consultant to join their branch in Cape Town on a 12-month contract.
Qualifications and experience:  Post Grad - MUST Degree - MUST No less than 2 years'  experience within a Client Service role within asset management sector / wealth sector Must have experience within investments / retirement funds / pension funds  Proper technical understanding of collective investment schemes and retirement products  Clear criminal record and clear credit record  Job skills / competencies:  Excellent English communication Respect Integrity Honesty  Customer service Banking policies and procedures Customer relationship management  Product knowledge  Problem solving  Adaptability Job specification:  Resolve investors queries  Attend to calls - adhere to SLA  Technical support - retirement and collective investment schemes Prevent losses Drive continuous improvement - processes, systems and policies
