Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.The Ideal Candidate Must Have the Following Exposure:Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Maintenance of expert knowledge on specific products, application procedure, processing, and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant product and service targets.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Take the extra mile to engage clients and maintain client relationships.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Manage own development to increase own competencies.Minimum Qualification:Grade 12 with relevant Banking Certificate/DiplomaPreferred Qualification & Experience:Relevant Diploma (NQF level 6, 7, or 8)1+ years of Foreign Exchange ExperienceExposure to Cross Border PaymentsUnderstanding Forex Inwards and Outwards PaymentsMust be based in Cape TownApply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
