We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Analyst to join our dynamic teamThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting financial advisors (our clients) and managing interactions with various investment platforms. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, exceptional communication skills, and a thorough understanding of investment products and services.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance or a related field( Required) Hons ( Advantageous)1-3 year of Experience in similar field ( Required)Proven experience in a client service or analyst role within the financial services industry.Experience with Unit Trust, LISPs, DFM ( Advantageous)Strong understanding of investment products, platforms and financial markets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and platform providers.Proficiency in data analysis tools and softwareDetail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:Serve as the primary point of contact for financial advisors, addressing inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.Assist advisors with account setup, transaction processing, and resolving any issues related to investment platforms.Drafting proposals for new business, client instructions for LISP and Unit TrustInteractions with Platforms - Allan Gray, Ninety one, Glacier , Momentum etcConduct regular follow-ups to ensure advisor satisfaction and retentionLiaise with platform providers such as ensure seamless integration and functionality.Monitor platform performance and escalate issues to relevant teams for prompt resolution.Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and industry trends to provide advisors with current information.Analyze client and platform data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Utilize data insights to develop strategies for enhancing client service and platform utilization.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline client service processes and enhance efficiency.Develop and update documentation, including process guides and training materials for advisors.Participate in projects aimed at improving service delivery and client satisfaction.#J-18808-Ljbffr
