Aon South Africa is hiring a Client Service Administrator; this is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Head Office in Sandton.
The role of a Client Service Administrator is to provide efficient administrative support to the business unit/branch and to support the business leaders with administrative support as and when necessary.

What the day will look likeProvides administrative support to the team including maintaining accurate records and files, entering data into systemsResponds promptly and efficiently to instructions, requests and enquiries at all timesPlans and prioritises time and work to provide an efficient serviceSolves administrative problems on behalf of the teamWorks with others to ensure tasks are completed on time, including other duties assigned when requiredPrioritises own work and works autonomously within defined boundaries.How this opportunity is differentWhat makes Aon different are the people and the culture. Skills and experience that will lead to successQualifications: Grade 12 (matric).A post-matric qualification is preferredMust have RE for RepresentativesKnowledge: Individual with knowledge of the principles and practices within a technical/professional disciplineComputer literacy with advanced experience in MS Word and Excel.Very good knowledge of policy wordingsSkills and Attributes: Possesses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilitiesBe computer literate with advanced experience in MS Word & ExcelAbility to communicate effectivelyGood interpersonal skillsExperience: Have a minimum of 1 – 2 years' experience in a similar or related roleMinimum of 2 years commercial underwriting experienceHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
