The RoleWe are currently looking for a client-centric, motivated, and enthusiastic Client Response Coordinator to join our Client Success team. You will be responsible for managing your own assigned client accounts and have communication skills and customer service experience to provide support with a proactive and solution-oriented service.
Responsibilities:Communicating with your clients regularly to provide support and assistance with any queries.Proactively reviewing your clients' accounts to ensure that they are utilising all aspects effectively and achieving the best results.Liaising with clients via phone and email.Utilising recruitment data to provide clients with individualised feedback on market trends and their account performance.Providing personalised training sessions for client onboarding and ongoing refreshers.Working collaboratively with other departments, including our sales team, to improve client experience and retention.Essential:Previous customer service experience in a professional, fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of working towards targets or deadlines.A positive attitude with the ability to have engaging conversations and to communicate with empathy, integrity, and confidence.Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to increase business revenue.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional telephone manner.Demonstrable interpersonal skills, including active listening.Able to multi-task effectively with a high level of attention to detail.IT literate, including MS Office, with the ability to navigate multiple systems competently and with ease.Education level – minimum Matric Grade 12.Desirable:Experience working with the UK or US market.We are actively committed to promoting a fully diverse and inclusive workforce, and we welcome applications for this role from all candidates who meet the key requirements.
