PODit hereby offers you the position of Client Relationship Officer.
This post entails the following duties:
Handling client calls, whatsapp texts/calls and emails in a timely manner (including after hours 17h00 - 19h00)
Meeting and greeting clients at the entrance, when client visits are booked or when new clients arrive for a viewing
Assisting clients in creating a new profile on the web, booking drop off appointments or site visits
Creating/terminating Nold gate keys for clients
Calendar management:
Confirm pod drop offs / client visit time schedule and address day before by calling
Ensure following days drop off pods are loaded on the trucks, ready for departure early
Confirm if any extra stock (locks, boxes, bubble wrap) was ordered with drop off
Ensure pods / containers are accessible when clients visits
Keep track of drivers departure and arrival times
Keep track of all available containers/pods as well as evacuations
Ensure all stock, locks and trailers that were hired are billed to the client
Ensure that clients are invoiced correctly and that their accounts are settled before being allowed to evacuate.
Manage business park units by setting up viewings, amending & sending rental agreements, capturing client details, communicating correct billing details to Accounts and clients
Assisting Lareman Architects and/or FAME Projects with administrative tasks, as needed during PODit's off-peak periods.
The post offers the following:
Remote weekend duties - on average 2 - 3 weekends per month to attend to clients calls, whatsapp and emails (may vary)
Working hours: 08h00 - 17h00, Monday to Thursday, 16h30 on Friday's
Flexible annual leave of 18 working days excluding the periods between 15 October - 15 December and 14 January - 2 March. Due to the workload during these periods, only odd days may be taken.
Remuneration of R13 000 incl. Paye and UIF + Commission
Commission: Applies when a new client books a pod/container
Payment is on the last working day of the month from PODit Capitec.
