It enhances Human Capital Management systems, enabling better decision-making regarding people, leaders, and organizations.Role: (Associate) Client Relationship Manager (Total Rewards and Work & Career Architecture)As a(n) (Associate) Client Relationship Manager you will maintain and grow revenue streams from both existing client accounts as well as from prospects / new logo.
You will be developing (up and cross sell) and maintaining relationships within the client and leveraging Korn Ferry internal resources to ensure maximum revenues are generated over the longer term.
The CRM will work for mid-sized to larger (inter)national client accounts/prospects and will also build the Korn Ferry profile and reputation and demonstrates leadership qualities across the team.The sales will often be for solutions that are integrated (cross-category e.g., Total Rewards & Organization Strategy) or meet a variety of business challenges.
To achieve this, cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and key account management and business development skills are critical.Key Responsibilities:Develops sales plans to achieve personal sales targets through new business development in larger organizations that require proven client relationship skills.Responsible for end-to-end account planning including research and internal coordination across Korn Ferry.Maintain and expand long term relationships to identify and introduce a diverse range of Korn Ferry products and services.
Offering value to clients (trusted advisor) in complex buying situations.Able to develop, present and propose non-standard client solutions.Has a good knowledge of Korn Ferry's products within a primary domain and a working knowledge across the full range of our offering, building an understanding of Korn Ferry's consulting capabilities.
Primarily focused on Total Rewards and Organizational Strategy, including our Work & Career Architecture solutions.Will have high levels of organizational awareness and a broad network of contacts in other parts of Korn Ferry.Seeks to find ways to add value above and beyond the specific day-to-day jobs to be done.Responsible for developing sales growth in assigned territories (countries).Education, experience, and other qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources, or other related field; Masters Preferred.2-5 years' experience in account management including work with (major) accounts in HR consulting, Total Rewards and/or Work & Career Architecture.
Commercial background within Staffing/Recruitment or HRIS is also regarded as relevant.Cross and upsell larger projects that require coordination across multiple work streams.Proven track record in transferring specialist knowledge to others and use this to create more value across the business.Eagerness to learn about best-in-class talent and organizational management methodologies, tools, and solutions from Korn Ferry.Strong interpersonal and team skills required for client and internal interactions.
