Client Relationship Management- Be the conduit for all clients, interacting and interfacing with internal teams and the wider Group.- Act as escalation, and potential resolution point, for client issues and concerns.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- CRM system support. Ensure the database is updated promptly with accurate client information.Act as champion to fully utilize the system stack for client interactions and communications.- Represent the company as required at industry events.Business Development Support- Assist in the completion of all presentations required for client meetings and pitches. Strong experience in PowerPoint required.Enhance the quality of presentation slides, product documents and client communications as directed by Group Marketing.- Engage with central marketing team to ensure branding guidelines applied to all presentations and proposals.- Maintaining a library of templates on presentations, proposals, etc.- Local and international meetings coordination function (Teams and in-person) as required for client meetings.- Local and international trips coordination function (flights, accommodation, and meetings) as required for business development and client meetings.- Facilitating the necessary marketing materials, rooms, gifting, catering, etc., as required for respective client meetings and engagements.Executive Support to the CEO- Support the CEO with a wide variety of co-ordination and administrative tasks both internally and externally as they relate to client engagement initiatives and business development engagements.Assist in filtering information and client queries as well as assisting with arranging and coordinating travel, events and other arrangements as required.Team Interaction- Where appropriate, execute tasks on behalf of the CEO across the business and where necessary represent the CEO on projects and ongoing initiatives.Provide ongoing feedback to the CEO on the status of various projects.Act as a point of contact in the CEO's absence.The key objective is to work on a collaborative basis, ensuring that the team remains cohesive and successful.Always operate within the company's value system.Deal with people as partners, with respect, an open mind, and with fairness.Contribute positively to morale and be solution-driven.Collaborate across divisions and suggest and implement processes and systems enhancements.Ongoing Learning- Required to write industry exams and learn the business to better assist business development and sales.Where appropriate, spend time with teams to understand workflows and processes to assist CEO with feedback and information gathering.At least 4-6 years experience in investment management/ stockbroking environment in a related role where you have gained exposure to institutional client service, client engagement, and business development support. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word will be advantageous. Experience in working with a CRM system required.
