RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER for a well-established concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. JOB DESCRIPTIONGrade 12.Relevant qualifications (business studies or similar).Person must be able to speak, read and write in English fluently.Valid Code 08 drivers license / own reliable vehicle.Strong computer skills (MS Office / Email). Intermediate / advanced MS Excel skills.Previous working experience on Xero programme.3yrs+ previous working experience with booking systems, sales and customer service.Working experience / knowledge of the real estate industry an added advantage.Manage the operation of the work place to ensure all members are taken care of, which includes office, retail and meeting rooms/work space.Management of memberships.Management of the building and other assets.Staff management.Health and safety management.Organising and coordinating events.Planning and scheduling.Time management.Building maintenance.Managing upkeep and housekeeping.Project management.
