Physically visit existing clients (pop-in visits, catch-up meetings, etc).Assist with general queries or concerns they may have.Assist with the implementation of their accounts (event setups, reports, contact details, etc).Inform clients of new launches and products.Manage the accounts and ensure they are happy always.Escalate urgent or serious matters to management.
