Established and successful stockbroking team seek a Client Relationship Manager to join their team.
This role supports the BDM and CEO of this team, with coordination and client services support.
Responsibilities: Manage and escalate client issues and concerns Build and maintain strong client relationships Act as CRM system support, ensure the database is accurately updated with client informationManage and complete presentations for client meetings and pitchesLiaise with central marketing team, ensure branding guidelines are applied to all presentations and proposalsMaintain library of templates on presentations, proposals Coordinate local and international meetings (Teams and in-person) required for client meetingsCoordinate local and international trips (flights, accommodation, and meetings) required for business development and client meetingsManage marketing materials, rooms, gifting, catering etc required for client meetings and engagementsAssist CEO with coordinating and administration tasks internally and externally Relay feedback to CEO on status of various projectsRequirements: Minimum of a completed tertiary qualification Diploma / Degree in Administration, Finance, CommerceMust have 4-6 years experience in investment management / stockbroking environment with exposure to institutional client service, client engagement and business development supportMust have advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, WordPrevious experience working with a CRM systemsService driven and client centric, organised, excellent time managementPositive, pro-active team player, able to work well in a team environmentAccurate, meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written skillsPlease note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
