Client Relationship Manager

Established and successful stockbroking team seek a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. This role supports the BDM and CEO of this team, with coordination and client services support.
Responsibilities:
Manage and escalate client issues and concerns
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Act as CRM system support, ensure the database is accurately updated with client information
Manage and complete presentations for client meetings and pitches
Liaise with central marketing team, ensure branding guidelines are applied to all presentations and proposals
Maintain library of templates on presentations, proposals
Coordinate local and international meetings (Teams and in-person) required for client meetings
Coordinate local and international trips (flights, accommodation, and meetings) required for business development and client meetings
Manage marketing materials, rooms, gifting, catering etc required for client meetings and engagements
Assist CEO with coordinating and administration tasks internally and externally
Relay feedback to CEO on status of various projects
