Client Relationship Manager - Ballito

Responsibilities: Portfolio management administration Supporting the portfolio managers with general office management tasks (diary management, marketing material etc.)
Implementation of the client services experience and acting as the point of contact for the clients Operational support (administrative support) Capturing and preparing client records and uploading related documents on XPlan Assist with the organisation of client events in conjunction with the events coordinator (Booking venues, RSVP and event management etc.)
Attend to all technology issues experienced by the Portfolio Manager(s) and facilitate the solution with IT support team Requirements Knowledge of the financial services industry Understanding of the FAIS and FICA legislation Relevant tertiary education or courses Experience with XPlan, DMA, Marble, Opus (Advantageous) Understanding of share portfolio account opening processes Methodical, accurate, and have meticulous attention to detail Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
