Job Description Location: Johannesburg/Cape Town Client Relationship Management: Manage, build and nurture relationships with existing clients (including HNW and UHNW clients), understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Work in close collaboration with the Client Operations Team in assisting clientinquiries, concerns, and escalations, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
Debtors management – review reports and implement actions where needed to ensure a continuing cash flow and that unpaid fees are collected in a timely manner.
New Business Development: Generate new business growth through network development, new client acquisition, clients retention and sales campaigns; Arrange and conduct meetings with clients, professional intermediaries and relationship managers across different jurisdictions; Assist prospective clients with the establishment of sophisticated corporate and fiduciary structures; Prepare new business proposals and support colleagues in the development of new business; Sales and Revenue Generation: · Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through effective client management and new business acquisitions.
· Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans, forecasting, and budgets to drive business growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration: · Work closely with internal teams (such as Client Operations, Onboarding , Risk & Compliance) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
· Collaborate with colleagues to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
