The main responsibilities of the position include:Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clientsResponsible for activating new client leads and following up with potential clientsHandle client inquiries via email and telephone and ensure that high level service is providedPerform personal clientele analysis and taking actions as requiredPromote available products and services to clientsStay abreast of the latest developments, products and marketing promotions that Trading Point launches and the relevant terms and conditions; and communicate them to the clientsEnsure compliance with the company's legal guidelines and compliance procedures Provide suggestions on system enhancementsAct in the best interest of the company at all times, and cooperate with the rest of the Client Relations team in order to perform business developmentContribute to the team effort by achieving targeted resultsCooperate effectively with other departments as necessary Main requirements:Degree in a business-related fieldCustomer care or sales experience is a definite plusClient handling experience in the financial services sector is a definite plusFluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written skills in EnglishReliable, with integrity of characterOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsDynamic, innovative and target orientedAbility to multitask and prioritiseBenefit from:Intellectually stimulating work environmentContinuous personal development and international training opportunities All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!#J-18808-Ljbffr
