Client Liaison Officer - Conveyancing Department

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Liaison Officer to join our Conveyancing Department. This high-profile role requires a motivated professional with a proven track record in client relations, particularly within the legal or property sector. Afrikaans fluency is essential for effective communication with our clientele. You will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strong relationships across the Cape Town, West Coast, Helderberg, and Winelands regions.

Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engaging through face-to-face meetings, email, and WhatsApp. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, primarily Estate Agents. Business Development: Actively generate leads and drive sales to expand the business footprint. Meet and exceed monthly targets set in collaboration with the management team. Client Events and Functions: Organize and attend client events to strengthen relationships and promote services. Represent the company at industry functions, ensuring a strong presence in the market. Collaboration with Conveyancing Team: Foster a collaborative relationship with Conveyancing Secretaries and Transfer Secretaries to resolve any issues efficiently. Keep Directors informed of client interactions and any resolved issues, ensuring transparency and effective communication. Appointment Management: Schedule and maintain weekly and monthly client visitation appointments, ensuring punctual attendance. Participate in performance meetings with the Conveyancer/Director to discuss client feedback and business strategies. Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients where necessary, ensuring they are well-informed about our processes and services. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Client Liaison Officer or in a similar role within the legal or property sector. Strong sales acumen with a track record of client acquisition and retention. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with full bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-starter with a strong drive to achieve results. Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client service. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple appointments and tasks efficiently. Own vehicle is essential; willingness to travel frequently to client locations. Remuneration: The final remuneration package will be competitive and aligned with market standards, taking into account the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills.
