Employment with a well-established international company Attractive benefits coverage and outstanding learning and mentoring programs Stable employment and a hybrid working model We will rely on you to: Consult to a portfolio of clients Provide appropriate advice, excellent client service, and project management Establish strong relationships with key decision makers and service providers Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are on file and services align with their terms Develop an annual year plan for each client and adhere to deliverables Attend management committee meetings and review minutes Negotiate with insurers/service providers Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Coach and develop junior team members Assist in the formulation and implementation of best practices What you need to have: Experience in a retirement fund consulting role Clear and concise oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools RE 05 (Representatives Exam) - Passed FAIS compliant What makes you stand out?
