Client Engagement Liaison

Overall Purpose of the Job:

- Assign all incoming queries and complaints on Salesforce to the relevant departments.
- Weekly and monthly reporting to EXCO on customer service tickets, ensuring timely resolution, and track key metrics to monitor service performance across departments.
- Proactively identify patterns and trends in customer feedback and complaints to provide actionable insights for service improvements.

Educational and Skill Set Requirements for this Position:

- Matric qualification
- Proven experience in customer service, data analysis, or a related role.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Good computer and Proficient MS Office skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to use own initiative
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
- Ability to collaborate with different departments and foster positive working relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations to various
stakeholders.
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Function in highly stressful circumstances.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Working Conditions

- Position Status: 3 Month Fixed terms to become permanent
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Hours per Day: 08h00 to 17h00
- Hours per Week: 45 hours
- Overtime: When required
- Travel Required: No
- Leave: 15 days per annum
- Salary: Market related
