Client Co-ordinator, OperationsFidelity Cash Solutions – CashMaster, WaltlooReporting to: Customer Relations Manager, OperationsThis position's purpose is to plan, monitor, analyse and report all Device operational activities for the CashMaster Customer base. The candidate will be an escalation point for the customers, particularly Banking clients. Provision of operational performance MIS input to enable accurate performance reporting. To provide core support to the business through the development and maintenance of accurate management information and the analysis of available information. To provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making and accurate information for day-to-day operational management. The job holder will perform various activities i.e. extraction of data, analysis of data, repackaging of data to enable a final goal of delivering quality reports to various stakeholders.Minimum Requirements:Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior CertificateMinimum five years' experience within a manufacturing environmentPrevious customer service experienceUnderstanding of accounting processes and proceduresStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlinesAble to work effectively in a complicated environment with minimal management guidance/supervisionGood analytical and problem-solving abilityTechnical understandingKey Responsibilities:Customer SLA AdherenceSupport engagement with all external stakeholders (i.e.: vendors) to ensure successful operations of the identified cash products and solutions through adherence to customer/vendor agreementsSupport the addressing of any escalated queries and identify trends where SLA has been breached by the vendor.Implement initiatives following the mandate together with other identifiable value-adding activities within the allocated time frameResponsible for providing operational performance MIS input to enable accurate performance reportingAll CashMaster Devices for Banks/Direct customersDepartment Monthly reporting packCompetenciesConducting and providing input for projects and continuous improvement initiativesMonitor the progress of continuous improvement projects.Assist in coordinating projects within but not exclusive to OperationsTo ensure the highest levels of customer service is maintainedSupport the addressing of any escalated queries and identified trends where SLA has been breachedHealthy service management, customer and business partner (FCS) relationshipsBuild and maintain collaborative and cohesive relationships with all External StakeholdersSkillsAnalyticalPositive attitudeStrong interpersonal skillsAdaptability and flexibilityCommunicationCritical thinkingDiplomacyLeadership and team buildingChange managementProject managementPersuasion and influencingJudgement and decision makingService orientationWe reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.Whilst preference is given to existing employees at all times and the choice made purely on merit, Historically Disadvantaged Candidates and Disabled Candidates are encouraged and supported in the FSG team.
