Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reporting & Analytics Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our Reporting & Analytics offering, ensuring high-quality insights and data-driven decision-making for our customers. The ideal candidate will manage the analytics domain, develop and build reports, and lead a team of developers. They will also collaborate closely with Customer Success, Delivery, Engineering teams, and directly with customers. This role will work in tandem with our existing technical lead to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive analytics strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Client Analytics

Oversee client usage of Reporting & Analytics capabilities within our SaaS solution.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance our analytics capabilities and client adoption.
Manage the look & feel of reports, including the selection of visuals and controls.
Standardize best practices and establish guardrails for report implementation.

Report Development:

Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Utilize Python and Databricks for advanced data analysis and reporting.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.

Team Management:

Manage and mentor a team of developers.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Liaise with Customer Success, Delivery, and Engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve reporting solutions.
Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on analytics tools and reports.
Collaborate closely with the technical lead to align on overall analytics strategy and execution.

Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role within a SaaS company.
Extensive experience with Power BI and other analytics tools.
Proficiency in Python and Databricks.
Experience with ThoughtSpot is a plus.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
