Position Overview:
The client administrator in the PnS Group is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the sales and account management teams in achieving their goals. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Assist in the development of client proposals, contracts, and reports
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop strategies for expanding client relationships and increasing revenue
- Provide training and support to clients on the effective use of our products and services
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to help identify potential threats and opportunities.
