Our client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Administrator to join their team . This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to a financial advisor with an investment focus. Key Responsibilities: Provide holistic administrative support to the financial advisor. Manage the advisors diary, including client birthdays, meetings, etc. Perform general office duties such as scanning, printing, and filing (both online and physical). Ensure adherence to processes set by head office. Manage client queries efficiently. Gather and prepare information for client meetings, including reviews, proposals, and implementations. Assist with event planning as needed. Manage and drive outstanding requirements such as FICA and medicals. Generate quotes for investments, life cover, etc. Implement and monitor client proposals, including submitting applications, changes, switches, additions, and withdrawals. Arrange and finalize repurchases and transfers. Ensure product providers implement instructions accurately and within a reasonable timeframe. Requirements: Experience in assisting a financial advisor, particularly with an investment focus. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is essential. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow processes meticulously.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
