Client Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Accounts / Portfolio Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of client accounts, from invoicing and collections to financial reporting and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities: Reconcile and prepare account statements for payment.
Audit client accounts and ensure accurate billing.
Attend monthly management meetings with clients.
Prepare and present financial reports to clients.
Implement and maintain strict credit control procedures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Experience: Matriculation with a relevant financial qualification (diploma/degree) preferred.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Afrikaans).
Strong client service orientation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license.
