Job Advert SummaryClover is recruiting for a experienced Clerk at the Bloemfontein Distribution branch. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Drivers job is checked to identify items of concern, improve Driver administrative behavior, simplify the reconciliation processing and provide timeous information to the Distribution Manager.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 or equivalent NQF4Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required levelBusiness English: FluentComputer literacy (Advanced)Work shifts/weekends/public holidaysDuties and ResponsibilitiesDebrief ProcessEnsure inspection of the Driver's job for the day and identify concernsPrepare and plan Driver's job to simplify the recon processingProvide timeous information to the Distribution ManagerAssist in ensuring the Drivers have accurate and efficient administrative capabilityAdministrationCapture Truck and Driver documentationCapture information on Satellite and interbranch reportsCheck and control printed invoicesFollow up on queriesPrinting of invoices and load sheets after pickingReport on deviations on arrival times of trucksClosing of routes on ERMSGeneral DutiesPerform general office duties and administration as may be required.Maintain and update filing/data/records/systems etc.Handle documentationCommunicate with customers and employees where requiredRelieve colleagues where necessary
