Job ResponsibilitiesManage the dispatches for Aggregate Quarries as part of the sales & marketing teamPlanning and scheduling of fleet to meet customer daily production requirementsMaintain condition and accuracy of the scales as per requirementManage the processing of sales transactions accurately and timeouslyManage quality non-conformancesManage environmental non-conformancesManage Health and Safety standardsManage housekeeping standardsManage compliance with legal requirements for transporting aggregatesManage despatch sales documentsHandle Sales Despatch queriesDelivery note administration and POD updatingEnsure efficient deliveries of materials in liaison with internal salesMonitoring and follow up recovery plans and communicate to sales and customersCash Sales & daily reconciliationTruck & transporter selection and schedulingFollow ISO 9002 system requirementsMinimum RequirementsGrade 12/MatricRelevant work experience within a Despatch environmentMinimum 3 years, Despatch and transport management experience preferably in the Aggregate, CPM or RMC businessesSAP experience will be advantageousBe able to communicate well at all levelsGood motivational and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyKnowledge of Health & Safety Standards
