Clerk - Cape Town Admin and Office Management Cape Town - Western Cape Clerk - Cape Town The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function / work 1.
Provide support to the immediate Departmental Support Manager in respect of specific Compliance and Governance Administrative/tasks associated within the department.
2.
Provide Support in coordinating and controlling the administrative functions associated with departmental Records Management and Registry 3.
Provide support to the all staff in respect of specific HR Administrative/tasks associated within the department 4.
Provide support to the immediate Departmental Support Manager in respect of specific Financial Administrative/tasks associated within the department 5.Liaise with other branches within the department to ensure compliance 6.
Assist in implementing file classification plan with Environmental Management records management and registry 7.
Assist in ensuring security standards of departmental records and legal documents 8.
Assist in departmental general administration The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements: Qualification: Grade 12 Computer Literacy: MS Office Experience: 0-2 years experience Preferred experience in Departmental/ Directorate Support Services.
Working knowledge of relevant Acts, Regulations, City Policies and Procedures pertaining to Human Resource Management, Financial Management & Records Management.
Other skills /requirements (Specify) 1.
Computer literacy - Microsoft Applications and SAP (FIN, HR & BI) modules, including CRM (advantageous) 2.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
3.
Willingness to travel extensively within the City of Cape Town.
