Cleaning/ Site Manager - Middelburg - Mpumalanga

Job Responsibilities:Manage and oversee cleaning operations across five different sites, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, providing training and guidance as needed.Conduct regular inspections of sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring that all products are used correctly and safely.Coordinate landscaping services as required, ensuring that outdoor areas are well-maintained.Liaise with clients to address any specific cleaning or maintenance requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and inventory.Minimum Requirements:Proven experience in contract cleaning management.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, landscaping, and public space maintenance.Valid driver's license.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit their CV and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and qualifications.
