Job Description:
As a Cleaner with Property Revamp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standard, providing inviting and welcoming environments for our clients and their guests. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and preparing properties across various settings, from residential homes to serviced accommodation and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Thorough Cleaning: Clean and sanitise the entire property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and any other spaces, across domestic, commercial, and communal settings.
Specialised Cleaning Tasks: Perform tasks specific to different cleaning services, such as preparing Airbnb properties for new guests, handling end-of-tenancy deep cleans, and maintaining communal areas in blocks.
Linen and Supplies Management: Make beds, launder, and replace linens and towels as required. Restock essential supplies such as toiletries, toilet paper, and kitchen items.
Property Inspections: Conduct detailed inspections of properties to ensure everything is functioning correctly, and report any damages or maintenance needs.
Inventory Management: Manage cleaning supplies inventory and request restocking as needed.
Efficiency and Time Management: Work efficiently to prepare properties within specified timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cleaning, preferably across multiple settings such as domestic, commercial, or serviced accommodation.
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good physical condition to perform cleaning tasks and manage supplies.
Familiarity with the TfL (Transport for London) network.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Preferably based in East London.
