Job Summary:
The Class Programme Manager is responsible for the delivery of our classes, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students. This role coordinates logistics, resources, and communication while implementing quality assurance measures to enhance teaching and learning.
Our classes run both on site and virtually and this role will need to manage the delivery and quality of a remote lecturing team.
The job entails overall planning, organising and management of all classes offered by IBTC. The successful candidate should be extremely detail-oriented, work well under pressure and be comfortable managing a part-time academic lecturing team. They should also have great interpersonal skills, good project management skills and be highly organised.
Requirements:
Higher Certificate or Diploma (a Degree will be a distinct advantage)
Experience in management of external suppliers
Experience in implementation of (complex) projects
Educational experience not essential, but a distinct advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Class Management
Create and manage course schedules, timetables, and lecturer assignments
Communicate class dates and schedules to students and ensure a high attendance rate
Create and manage the calendar invites for the class schedules
Provide high quality student support and guidance
Liaise between lecturers, students and staff
Quality Assurance
Monitor and evaluate teaching quality, providing constructive feedback to the lecturing team
Monitor and evaluate student experience and satisfaction and identify areas for improved remarkable service
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high quality class delivery
Data Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate student and lecturer records on a regular basis
Provide regular reports to stakeholders on student performance, lecturer performance and quality assurance
Skills and Qualifications
Relevant Diploma or Degree in Education, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in academic operations, teaching, or educational management.
Strong Excel Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with academic software and systems (e.g., LMS, SIS, CRM).
Knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and teaching methodologies.
