The role requires you to administrate claims on service plans, maintenance plans, and warranties.

Administrate and control claimsInteract positively with groups or teams and participate in a learning and growth culture where information is actively sharedDocument and load all repair quotes onto client policy or contractProduce high-quality work, by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standardsContribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional serviceAct responsibly with work-related resources to contribute to cost containmentContinuously assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriateIdentify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performanceComply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisationCommunicate all claims and queries to customersYou will be an ideal candidate if you:
Have a Red Seal CertificateHave 2 to 3 years' experienceInsurance experience is advantageousYou will have access to:
