You will liaise with clients and international colleagues, ensuring all claims are managed promptly and efficiently. The role involves data entry, reviewing documentation, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Process insurance claims in both Italian and English;Manage claims from initial inquiry to resolution, including data entry and invoice assessment;Provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships;Collaborate with international offices to ensure claims are handled efficiently;Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Requirements:Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Matric certificate or higher qualification.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.Valid SA Visa or permanent residency (preferred).Experience in Medical Assistance, Claims Handling, or Tourism (advantageous).Remuneration & Benefits:Basic salary: R19,000 per month.Medical aid coverage for the employee and two minor dependents.Retirement annuity (10% of basic salary contributed by the company).Performance bonus.21 days of annual vacation.Free basement parking.
