Key Duties and Responsibilities Car Hire Through good communication skills, call clients and arrange Car Hire.
Follow through with our rental Supplier in these arrangements and secure a booking with the supplier.
Manage Car hire days, including car hire extension days and terminations. Constant feedback to clients regarding their vehicle repair progress and remaining available car hire days.
This will require regular communication with the selected repairer.
Validate and settle Supplier invoices.
Towing Arrange towing with Service Providers and clients. Ensure delivery of vehicles are done within a contracted time frame.
Regular follow ups will be required to facilitate the delivery of the vehicles. Validate and settle Supplier invoices. Success will be measured on Number of interactions per day Number of invoices processed.
Turnaround time in completing interactions per day.
