Role Responsibilities Engage/participate in the full spectrum of geometric and drainage design - from conceptual to final design.Design co-ordination, perform and oversee drafting.Develop specifications and bills of quantities.Prepare reports required by the project development.Full project management responsibilities for related design projects.Engage with the client on project related matters.Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight.Ability to interpret and communicate information of a complex technical nature.Able to learn and to develop new skills and workflows for new digital tools.Transfer knowledge and skills to junior engineers/modellers and the team.Minimum Requirements BEng/BSc/BTech degree in Civil Engineering.At least 3 years Road (Geometric) design experience gained in a consulting environment.Road signs and road markings design.Knowledge of SARTSM, COTO specifications.Proficiency in Civil 3D and AUTOCAD.Sound project design and deliverable management experience.Sound communication and interpersonal skills.Scripting in Dynamo and experience in BIM360/ACC would be advantageous.We believe that a diverse workforce is key to our business success.
