Civil Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil QS to join our client based in Cape Town. If you have a strong track record in delivering successful civil projects and are passionate about your craft, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Prepare and submit accurate and timely quantity takeoffs, estimates, and cost plans. Manage and monitor project costs throughout the project lifecycle. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the best possible pricing and terms. Prepare and submit progress claims to the client. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
