My client is one of South Africa's largest multidisciplinary construction groups, with the capacity to deliver a range of infrastructure development projects to clients across diverse sectors. They have attained a Grade 9 rating from the South African Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), providing it with unlimited tender capability. Furthermore, their broad spectrum of expertise allows them to offer a single point of responsibility on multidisciplinary projects.Requirements include:Minimum 5 years on-site experience in the construction industry, ideally on civil projects.Minimum 5 years experience in the estimating function pricing civil projects.Ability to translate tender specifications into practical understanding.Ability to review the tender documentation and identify any potential risks and/or gains.Ability to work on at least two (2) tenders at the same time. Time management skills.
