)Key RequirementsBSc, BEng or BTech in Civil EngineeringMinimum of 5 years experience in design and project managementIn-depth knowledge of municipal engineering standardsProficient in Model Maker Systems or AutoCAD Civil 3DGood problem solving and communication skillsProject Management skills.
